Compass-Behavioral
Inspire Independence in Teens and Adults with Autism
Empower teens and adults to confidently navigate life, build relationships and understand their emotions.
Build Skills that Improve Daily Life
Teens and adults deserve coaching that honors their goals and builds real-world skills. Compass-Behavioral combines ABA with outcomes-focused approaches to improve executive functioning, emotional regulation and meaningful social relationships.
The Compass-Behavioral Program equips clinicians with foundational skills to coach autistic and other neurodivergent clients using evidence-based behavioral strategies that support safety, independence and improved quality of life.
Implement Compass-Behavioral with youth and adult clients, take a coaching role in your clinical work and use motivational interviewing during Compass-Behavioral assessment and treatment sessions.
Compass-Behavioral is an asynchronous, online course that learners complete at their own pace, focusing on key behavioral concepts and practical application of Compass-Behavioral tools. The coursework concludes with a live virtual capstone session centered on applied learning, followed by a fidelity review in which learners submit a mock Compass-Behavioral session and receive individualized feedback.
Compass-Behavioral is based in applied behavior analysis and motivational interviewing designed to promote self-determination and wellbeing for neurodivergent teens (12+) and adults. Clients work directly with a licensed/certified behavioral health clinician to focus on areas important to the client, such as executive functioning, social relationships, or emotional regulation.
